Urfa in Braunschweig

Very unfriendly service, normal questions were answered rudely & a house ban was pronounced because the waiter did not like it & the hygiene concept was not adhered to. Bad in Corona times and for the image, unfortunately not the first time at Urfa.

Now with delivery service! Great food ... Price / performance ratio is really extremely good. Unfortunately, the smaller card is available at Lieferando, but the normal card is included with delivery.

Ordered to take away. Absolute disaster. Salads not fresh and even the lamamcun simply inedible. In times of CORONA, not on the face mask and gloves. In the back yard is shishat - great HYGNIENEKONZEPT. Never again!

For years I've been happy to come here, but now the service is outrageous. My pide dolle attached see photo. the old man with a gray beard pretends nothing is in turkish, he tells his colleague uff yok yandi, he didn't know that I understand that, he quickly cut and packed up that I could no longer see it. One could at least ask whether that is still possible but ne, bence cok ayip. During the Corona period, I won't come with the cook for the time being. When everything is normal again and I see what I like to get ..

Extremely good, tasty, plentiful and and and ... Price - performance is completely appropriate. The service is not only friendly but also really tries to fulfill extra requests. Always my pleasure.

Our first visit to this busy bustling Turkish restaurant in central Braunschweig convinced us to go again soon. It's classic Anatolian fare, really, but very well cooked and presented, using what are clearly good quality ingredients. We shared a Grillteller for two. The lamb cutlets told us everything we needed to know. Succulent, cooked to sweet and juicy perfection, with plenty of meat on the bone. Similar places that are careless of their produce always get these wrong, too gristly or fatty, or overcooked. Not so Urfa. So you knew straight away that the whole plate would be excellent, and indeed it was. Point two - in proper Turkish restaurants like this, the chopped tomato and onion salad, fresh flat bread, dips like the house-made chili sauce, and the little glasses of strong black Turkish tea, are all part of the hospitality. If they're charging for these extra to your generous meal, chances are you're in the wrong place. We certainly picked the right one. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Service was swift but not rushed. All in all, recommended.

We went to eat there today. The food was delicious. Alcoholic drinks are not available there, but we didn't think that was so bad. However, whoever expects Corona measures there is completely wrong there. No registration and hand disinfection necessary. It is not paid attention to. Staff no mouth and nose protection. And a large part of the clientele walks in and out without wearing a mask. Despite the good food, we didn't feel comfortable and just wanted to get out quickly.

I love this place. The service is ultra friendly and faster than you can say grill plate. It is very busy at peak times, but even on Saturday afternoons I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a free table. The food is amazing!

The food is just amazing! You can always have fun with the operation and, above all, have a good time. We always drive a total of 120 km from our dump to Braunschweig to eat at Urfa. Can just be recommended !

The things I ordered on the menu are nicely prepared and are kept warm. The decorations on the squares and in the entire restaurant make sense and are aesthetic. The toilet is consistently clean and all in all the restaurant gives a harmonious impression. Every time we visit, this gives us a lot of joy. It's always fine and we had a wonderful evening here.

Prices are maybe a little bit high but the meat was great. it's not a good idea to order a sandwich in here, I wouldn't recommend that.

A satisfying place for meals out, always have great food here and it generally does not cost too much money. Sis and I stopped here during a shopping trip, wonderful food and speedy service. Menu has healthy choices and also indulgent ones, ideal for a relaxed lunch or a special dinner. Reserve a table to prevent disappointment, they are occupied occasionally but especially at weekends. The server proceeded to go above and beyond to make our meal wonderful.

A turkish Restaurant with specialty in grilled meat. The prices are reasonable and the Portion is huge. a single Portion could, in my own Personal opinion serve 2 people more than enough.
